Seating in the 2020 Kia Telluride

Previous three-row crossovers from Kia did not offer quite as much rear passenger and cargo room as you would hope for. Kia addresses these shortcomings with the 2020 Kia Telluride that offers added interior capacity thanks to its larger size.

The 2020 Kia Telluride is a three-row mid-size sedan that also happens to be the biggest offering Kia has in store. Let us take a look at the seating options offered by this vehicle.

Seating Capacity

The 2020 Kia Telluride can seat seven or eight people depending on the trim you choose. The car is available in four trims level,  LX, S, EX, and SX.

Kia Telluride LX – This trim comes with synthetic leather seats and a 60/40 split power-folding third and second-row seating. Ventilated and heated front, as well as second-row seats, are also available. If you want to install child safety seats, you can do so easily since the model has two sets of LATCH connectors in the second row as well as another set in the third row.

Kia Telluride S – This trim comes with a power-adjustable driver seat as well as heated front seats. The second row has two captain’s chairs, which can seat just two people. However, the bench seating for the second row is optional if you choose this trim level.

Kia Telluride EX - You get a lot of added features with this trim level. This trim has leather upholstery which gives Kia a luxurious look. It has ventilated front seats along with a power-adjustable passenger seat in front. This trim has a second-row bench, which enables the variant to seat eight people comfortably. The car also boasts a driver voice amplifier for the third-row seats.

Kia Telluride SX – This tops the list of the 2020 Kia Telluride trims. It has all the seating features of the other trim levels along with driver seat memory functions. This trim has captain’s chairs in the second row.
