I would just like to express my sincere thank you to Deacon Jones Kia. After having issues with Stevenson Kia of Wilmington, Lumberton Kia and Fayetteville Kia in regards to finding the Soul that I wanted, and almost deciding to go with another brand of car, your salesperson contacted me and found what I was looking for in a half of day. He was so willing to help me, and I was very skeptical at first because of the bad experiences at the other Kia dealerships, but he kept calling, emailing me and assuring me that Deacon Jones Kia was different and that he would help me. And he did just what he said he was going to do. There was not a hidden agenda, like Fayetteville Kia who not only wanted me to put 5000 dollars down and telling me they were being generous with their trade offer, and not like Lumberton Kia who would not return my calls or emails, or like Stevenson Kia who said it would take a year to get me the Soul I wanted. I am so thankful that those dealerships could not provide me with what I wanted because you were able to find the Soul I wanted, able to get me the payment I wanted and I got more on my trade.
