Just got home from Deacon Jones Kia and after waiting hours to hear back from the loan companies, I rolled away in my future ride. I say future because after hrs of waiting and time getting late, the owner and the sales rep apologized to me and then allowed me to take the car for the weekend as we waited for a call. No hassle, no money down. Just a firm hand shake, an apology and a guarantee the ride will be mine. Being this as my first car purchase that trust and service to me shows awesome character.
I'm praying I get this car. To the guys at Deacon Jones, if this turns out to be my first purchase from them it wont be my last!

I would just like to express my sincere thank you to Deacon Jones Kia. After having issues with Stevenson Kia of Wilmington, Lumberton Kia and Fayetteville Kia in regards to finding the Soul that I wanted, and almost deciding to go with another brand of car, your salesperson contacted me and found what I was looking for in a half of day. He was so willing to help me, and I was very skeptical at first because of the bad experiences at the other Kia dealerships, but he kept calling, emailing me and assuring me that Deacon Jones Kia was different and that he would help me. And he did just what he said he was going to do. There was not a hidden agenda, like Fayetteville Kia who not only wanted me to put 5000 dollars down and telling me they were being generous with their trade offer, and not like Lumberton Kia who would not return my calls or emails, or like Stevenson Kia who said it would take a year to get me the Soul I wanted. I am so thankful that those dealerships could not provide me with what I wanted because you were able to find the Soul I wanted, able to get me the payment I wanted and I got more on my trade. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia, please see Deacon Kia, they will be straight forward with you and help you in any way that they possibly can. Comments: It is very difficult to try to buy a new car from a local dealer let alone one that is another state and 478 miles away.And on top of that I wanted to trade an existing car in sight unseen. Great buying experience
I've been looking for a Sorento for sometime now, been to other dealerships in the Triangle and couldn't get what I needed. I stopped by Deacon Jones Kia and found the vehicle I needed.
